We are a nurse-led company that provide care to people who want to remain in their own home. We act as advocates for our clients to ensure they receive the best outcomes possible.
The services we offer are bespoke to each client and range from social calls and outings to more complex care needs such as Dementia, Parkinson’s, Home from Hospital, Cancer and end of life care.

We use a multidisciplinary team approach and offer bespoke services that are delivered by our highly trained nurses and carers.
We have a robust process that ensures each carer is vetted and trained, as well as matched to your individual needs. Our core values of heart, advocacy and empower run through every part of what we do.

Our Core Values
Advocacy
We listen to our client's story to understand your experience and we work together to fulfil your goal, preferences, choices and care needs. We then liaise with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) on your behalf and involve you in decision making in order to achieve your desired health outcome. Our Manager explains all the medical jargon to you and work in your best interest when liaising with MDT.
Empower
We believe that every client should feel empowered to make choices about the support they need. How we achieve this is by first listening to what you want to achieve. Once we know this we are then able to talk you through your options and explain anything you are unsure about. We know when you feel in control of your care, it positively impacts on your outcome.
Heart
At Goodness & Mercy Healthcare our experienced nurses and carers are caring, compassionate and have a committed heart. Everything we do is from the heart and we always put love into every aspect of our care.
