This service is for people who are looking to enhance their health and wellbeing. This could be attending social activities, nutritional support or companionship.

This service can include providing a companion service to clients who would benefit from attending social activities.

 

We also support clients with a range of wellbeing activities in the comfort of your own home such as word games, scrabble or even chatting on subjects that interest you.

 

Nutrition is vital to wellbeing, as such, we also provide tailored meals to suit individual needs.

Love Your Independence

Who For

This service is for clients who need a little support to enable them to live independently in their own home. This could be help getting dressed, showered, or getting up in the morning. We will work with you to provide a care solution that feels right for you.

This tailored service not only supports you to live independently but also includes nutritional guidance & wellbeing, keeping you happy and healthy. This may include getting you back to independence after a stay in hospital or until you feel confident to no longer need us.

Love Your Specialist Care

Who For

This service is for clients who need specialists in areas such as Dementia, End of Life, Stroke recovery, Diabetes or other long term conditions. We also support families, as we know they need to be cared for too.

It is also for clients who need nursing care as part of their care plan. This could be on a temporary basis to aid recovery,  or permanently as part of your care solution.

When you have a long-term condition we know it is important for you to feel as in control as possible. This is why we take great care to provide a solution and care plan that is right for you. 

 

We can provide physical (including nursing care) and mental health monitoring, personal care and reminiscence activities.

As a nurse-led home care company we use a multi-disciplinary team approach. This means we can speak with everyone involved in your care to ensure you get the best care possible.

Love Your Live-in Care

Who For

This service is for clients who would like Live-in Care support. We can provide this on a temporary basis i.e. if you have had a stay in hospital and need help to get back to full independence, or on a permanent basis.

​

It is also an ideal service for when home care is needed more than four times a day as it can be a more cost-effective option.

Services

We will provide a live-in carer to support you to live in your own home. Having someone in your own home provides safety and security. Additionally, as part of the service we also ensure we match your live-in carer to suit your personality and preferences.
