As a nurse led home care company this sets us apart from other care providers. We know many of our clients find it difficult to navigate their way through an often-complex care system. This is why we act as advocates for our clients and their families.

Putting every person at the centre of each service is our starting point so you are always in control of your care .
We then meet with you, your family, or find out about your network of support to enable you to achieve the best outcomes for you.

As a multidisciplinary team we have both the medical knowledge and experience to liaise with, or attend meetings with you, with other healthcare professionals. By having someone by your side as your advocate means you feel empowered and in control of your own care. We also make sure you understand and take the time to go through anything you aren’t sure of, such as medication or terminology and even the care system itself.

We then assess what you need and create a plan.
Meet the team
Ola - Registered Manager
Ola is our registered manager and a practicing nurse who has worked in healthcare for the past 20 years. He has vast experience within the NHS, including Cardiology, Intensive Care, District Nurse and Community Matron. He is passionate about not only ensuring people receive person-centred care, but also feel empowered to make informed decisions about their care too.

Ola says “When clients first start their care journey there is so much to navigate e.g. medication, terminology and people’s rights to access. It can be overwhelming.
